There are several reasons I love working with Renee, but what stands out the most is her passion. When Renee starts a project - whether in or outside of her expertise - she commits herself completely to delivering the most helpful and usable materials possible. If I had to choose one functional area to praise Renee for, it would be her killer video editing skill. Not only does she provide highly polished results very quickly, she requires very little direction. With other folks I have to be so prescriptive that it doesn't really make sense to hand the video off - faster to just edit it myself. Renee takes the time to understand the goal, dig into the content where necessary, and dives in to create rapid proofs of concept to ensure she's on the right track. Renee's ability to truly partner rather than acting as a footage processor really sets her apart. And that's just the video-related gushing. If you're interested in any of her other skills reach out - I can't recommend her enough!

Renee’s chops extend beyond just splicing footage together. I am witness to her editing miracles where she has made gorgeous and new moments that helped the story along, from footage that we thought was not usable. Renee was able to take my duds, and through new edits-- using alternate sound takes with existing picture take, swapping the order of shots, underlining things masterfully with music-- she has surprised me so many times! Every time I told her the footage was probably not worth the effort, those scenes (which I had written off) become some of my favorite scenes... I’m an award-winning director and Renee has been my secret weapon the whole time. She makes me look good and I think any film project would want her on their team.

I worked directly with Renee for several years. Her video editing skills are top-notch. She turns around edits lightening-fast, and comes up with creative solutions the likes of which would never have occurred to me. She's a designer who can keep the end goal in mind, without losing sight of all the little details that we need to achieve to get to our end goal. She is always willing to roll up her sleeves and dig in on any new challenge thrown her way. I would jump at the opportunity to work with Renee again!

My story...

I'm an creative award-winning writer/director/producer who has been very lucky to work on a lot of AMAZING projects working for some of the largest companies in the world (Google, YouTube, Amazon & Yahoo!, Hilton, and more) as an instructional designer with a concentration in video and eLearning—producing ads, training content, and sizzle reels. In addition to corporation/marketing videos, I have edited trailers, promos, and many short-form and feature-length independent projects for others as well as myself. I am the co-owner of Panic Attack Films, LLC, and have been writing, directing, and producing award-winning independent productions for over a decade.

I’m good-- I’m fast-- and I’m looking forward to helping you meet your project deadline!

Peace, love & laughs!
